Our step by step approach will help you to make informed decisions about your property sale, so that you can feel confident in the process, and the decisions that need to be made. We’re with you every step of the way.


Step 1 - Valuation

Our role is to use our professional knowledge of the market to estimate the value of your house, taking into account all the factors pertinent to your particular situation. A valuation is agreed, and a mandat then signed to put your property with us for sale. If you want or need a valuation, but are not looking to sell, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can advise accordingly.

Step 2 - Our service

  • We will advise you on how best to maximize your home's selling potential, now that you have decided to move.
  • We will take high quality, staged photos of your property, and return if necessary to maximise the presentation of the property.
  • We will ask detailed questions about the property, so that when we visit we have all the information at our fingertips and are able to show your property to its best advantage.
  • We will review progress regularly with you, and agree any changes to strategy accordingly.
  • We are always confidential and discreet in our work, adhering strictly to our professional code of conduct.
  • With our two offices, one in L’Isle-en-Dodon, and one in Boulogne-sur-Gesse we have an excellent client base that is local, national and international.

Step 3 - The sale

Once a buyer has been found, we will accompany you through that tricky initial contract stage, giving you straightforward honest advice, making sure that the ‘Compromis de Vente’ meets all of your requirements.
